“The Pregame” with Brad Johnson and Mike Grinnell Set to Air Live From Tony C’s in Burlington Starting October 6th.

Airing from 6:00-8:00 pm on Tuesday nights, Starting October 6th, Brad Johnson, Mike Grinnell and ESPN New Hampshire will be live from Tony C’s in Burlington Ma. ‘The Pregame’ will focus on the Boston Bruins, Boston Celtics, New England Patriots, and Boston Red Sox, along with local New Hampshire content.

Brad Johnson is a Houston, Texas native who played college and arena football in El Paso, Texas, and has lived in Massachusetts for six years with his wife Catie (of Comcast SportsNet New England) and son Taylar Jax.  He has established deep roots in the area, coaching youth football and basketball in Billerica, MA.  Brad’s broadcast career started with his color commentary of El Paso Generals football and has included contributions as a special columnist for the Boston Herald, soccer commentary, television coverage of the Patriots League Championship for CSN Mid Atlantic, and play-by-play for the New England Football League’s Merrimack Valley Pride semi-professional football team.  He spent two years as a host on 1510, where he co-hosted the Draper and Johnson show, with CSNNE’s Kyle Draper, and had a weekly Sunday morning sports show called Game Time.  Most recently, Brad was a weekly co-host on Boston Herald Radio’s Sports Town show.  Aside from his hosting duties, Brad has appeared on shows all over the country to discuss Boston-based sports news stories and has reported from Major League Baseball All Star games, Winter Meetings and the Super Bowl.

Mike Grinnell is a Burlington, Massachusetts native who has a deep passion and knowledge for sports. Grinnell likes to say he was “raised by Dirty Water” when it comes to the Sports Media industry, referring to NESN’s Dirty Water TV. Grinnell got his foot in the door as an intern for Dirty Water News/ Dirty Water TV in the summer of 2011, where he began as a restaurant critique. As the years went by, Grinnell worked his way up from Restaurant Blogger to Sports Reporter, Bruins Reporter, and finally Sports Editor for all of www.DirtyWaterNews.com. Grinnell joined ESPN New Hampshire as a weekend host at the end of the summer of 2014. Since then, he has worked his way up to Boston Bruins Beat Reporter and Digital Content Editor for ESPNNHRadio.com.  Grinnell also hosts the ‘ESPN New Hampshire Bruins Pregame Show’ and ‘Dirty Water Sports’ on Sundays from 11-1pm (Patriots Pregame).
