The UNH Wildcats are back tomorrow after a tough loss to UML last Friday.
The Wildcats look to break their two game losing streak with a win at Northeastern who
are sitting at 5-12-4.
UNH is looking for a win on both Friday and Saturday of this week. Last Friday, they held UML for almost the entire game and it wasn’t until 17:55 that the lone goal was scored by UML sophomore Ryan Collins.
This will be the first time this season that UNH and Northeastern have faced off and it’s sure to be a good match.
The wildcats not to secret weapon in sophomore Andrew Poturalski who is the nation’s leading scorer is sure to cause some pressure on Northeastern.
Poturalski has 18 goals this season as well as 18 assists for 36 total points.
Junior Tyler Kelleher is also one to watch. Kelleher is closing in on 100 points on his career making him the first junior to join the 100 club since the 2005-2006 season.
The Wildcats are sure to put up a good fight on the road before returning home to host Notre Dame on Jan. 22 and 23.
