Memorial’s Hall, Edwards Named Apple Therapy Student Athletes of the Month

Both are now eligible for $2,500 scholarship

Nashua, NH – Uri-Juan Hall and Samantha Edwards, seniors at Manchester Memorial High School, have been named the Apple Therapy Student Athletes of the Month for February.

Hall is a runner for the Crusaders track and field team, who plans on attending Worcester Polytechnic Institute in the fall. Edwards is the only female varsity wrestler in Manchester, who is also a member of the school band.

ESPN New Hampshire and Apple Therapy have teamed up for the 2015-16 school year to search for the most unique, talented, and skilled high school senior student-athletes to be honored monthly for their achievements.

Each month, one senior boy and girl will be selected and interviewed on ESPN New Hampshire (1250/900 AM,

All the monthly winners will be invited to a banquet in May where the Apple Therapy Student-Athletes of the Year will be crowned.

One senior boy and one senior girl will win a $2500 scholarship.

Requirements: Must be a senior at a New Hampshire High School, play a varsity sport, and have at least a 3.0 GPA
